How to Purchase:
1. By E-mail / Phone call / SMS your order complete with your complete mailing address for delivery.2. Choose method of delivery
a) Via Pos Malaysia (parcel)
NORMAL PARCEL POST - Semenanjung Malaysia minimum RM5.00 ( 3-5 hari bekerja ), Sabah/ Sarawak minimum RM10.00
POS LAJU - depends on Weight and Location.
KANGAROO EXPRESS SERVICES - minimum rm10.00 (Preferred)
b) We do delivery service or meet-up point by appointment WITHIN KLANG & SHAH ALAM. Other areas within Klang Valley, minimal charge shall be levied.
3) We shall reply to your enquiry/order within 3 WORKING days, failing which kindly contact us by phone call for expedite reply/response.
4) Once order have been approved, FULL PAYMENT is required as per our quotation in 3 days via ONLINE / ATM / COD. If we don't receive your payment then, your order is considered CANCELLED.
5) We will proceed with order once FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED within 3 working days. We shall inform you when it has been delivered. Tracking number will be provided to you for your perusal. For personal delivery, we will inform when item/s ready for collection.
6) After 14 days after delivery was made, should we not receive news from you WE SHALL CONSIDER GOODS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. We are not responsible for any lost and/or damage items in delivery.
7) For all payment transfer online/ATM, kindly provide me with payments details such as:
- Date / Time / Amount and Bank.
